Really a very nice Puligny. Granddaughter of Paul Pernot making micronegoc wines, some with her family’s fruit. Definitely not a Chablis - much richer, with some great lemon peel and nice white fruit. But still restrained with almost no apparent oak influence. Surprisingly good pairing with shrimp scampi.

Darker golden color, nose of apple and acid, bone dry taste. Wow. Some good salinity and floral notes. Very good for its age.
