A natural, low intervention take on Argentinian Malbec. The nose is dark cherry forward, with nice savoury touches, a bit of black pepper, some menthol, the palate is very well done : acid driven, but with some width and matter, a dusty mouthfeel all along, that turns grainy in the rear when tannins kick in, black pepper, that umami, savoury note all along and a rather long finish with the same notes along with that grainy texture. Good stuff !
