Much like adding a little flour to a stew won't make its flavors more concentrated or complex, the dustiness adds to the satisfaction one feels consuming it. This is dusty. There's a beef jerky feel here too. I really enjoyed this one and its dryness and acidity will pair so well with foods. Salty food? Dare I say Greek food? I like this a lot.
