This is the 16 Skybolt Chardonnay tasted from tank. Fresh & bright citrus; lemon, lime, grapefruit with a little sugar. Tropicals, white peach with white and yellow florals on the nose. Palate fruits match the nose. Soft, dry minerals, touch of sulfur, round & creamy from the lees, yeast, caramel with some slight nuttiness and screaming acidity as it's not quite a finished wine. Big thanks to Paul the. Managing Director his for time, knowledge and the beautiful tasting.

This is the Skybout. Hopefully, Delectable fixes. They didn't have this wine yet. The wine spent 11 in months new & used oak. I think about 15-20% new. On the nose, lemon, lime, green apple, green melon, vanilla and white & yellow flowers. Fruits on the palate are the same as the palate. Spice, soft minerals & chalkiness. Finishes with stronger spice than the nose, high acidity, nice minerals, clove, nutmeg and citrus blossoms.
