Nose of; pepper and Northern Rhone in style. Dark cassis, tar, blackberries, black plum, some plum and fresh but mostly dry dark florals. On the palate, the fruits are leaner as is the body over most Northern Rhone's on entry and then darken as they sits on the palate. Black currants, black plum, dark cherries, dark raspberries, plum, cracked pepper, nice presence of spice, tarry, black licorice, leathery, dry red florals & fresh violets, light minerality, good acidity and round full tannins that aren't dry with ripe fruits on the long nice finish.

A dry syrah with moderatw acidity. The fruity flavor is complimented by spicy undertones. Goes very well with spicy food.
