Easy to drink with notes of Fuji apples, quince, and lemon zest, very fresh and lively finishing with an aftertaste that reminds of the fruits and a hint of smoke and minerality.

Loads of pineapple, mango, and other tropical fruits with subtle oak treatment. This bumps right up to the line of being overripe without doing so. Moderate acidity, creamy mouthfeel. Not a style I go to often but very enjoyable tonight.

Gold color. Tart apple and citrus and maybe quince, although I’ve never had one. Dry and tight with little residual sugar. There is a faint floral note that develops after a while. It has a funky, cheesy flavor that is hard to describe. It’s OK, but not our cup of tea.
