Aromatic notes of orange peel, fresh plum, raspberry, exotic Asian spices, potpourri, and fruit tea. Velvety on the palate, with a delicate acidity, hints of minerality, and a layered finish of spice and fruit sweetness.

Magnum Tasted blind at a event. A little closed at the beginning so decided to decant, after 1 hour the wines showed very exotic notes of Asian black tea, mixed with wild flowers and red fruits, on the palate, it has great balance between delicate acidity and body. Will develop more complexity with time. I would like to re taste in 3 years and see what it turns into.

I enjoyed this wine through an eight course dining experience that allowed the wine to taste splendid through simple pairings with vegetable samosas and chutney and stand true to its fruitfulness while matched against duck breast and even bison steak. A true "all-round" wine for every palate at the dinner table.
