Another delicious de Moor wine. This time Sauvignon blanc, all declassified st bris (?). Not as varietal as expected. Aromatics are tamed and the profile is weighty. Lots of unripe pineapple, lemon rind, passion fruit type fruit. Delicious, absolutely delicious.

This wine is delicious. No way would I peg it for Sauvignon Blanc. It is rich and ripe with a slight oxidative note. "Varietally correct," perhaps not. Worthy? Definitely.

Stunner! So decadently rich aromatically - like peaches and cream. Apricots?! Unlike any single other Sauvignon Blanc I've ever experienced. Wildly different and beautiful.
