Nov 24th, 2018A lovely Zinfandel we waited too long to open. Needed ample breathing time and still had some must, but good structure, deep berry, earthy bramble, strong acid, leather on the nose.

Aug 2nd, 2018Amazing old vine Zin from AVV. The 2013 is stellar with a great QPR. This vintage has one of the most powerful fruit filled nose and has a dense cedar and leather core with earth and balanced spice. Highly recommended!

May 15th, 2016Coconut on the nose. It's crazy! Tastes like a hint of coconut, boysenberry and black licorice. Have not been disappointed yet by an Alexander Valley wine.
