Sonnentau Scheurebe Trocken

My first Scheurebe. Highly aromatic with grapefruit and other white fruit on the nose. The palette adds cutting acidity and hints of stone. Not a complex wine, but very pleasant to drink. 2017 vintage on February 1, 2019

This is stupendous. Gravel, limestone, effervescence, lime grapefruit, kiwi, luscious fruit.

Nice mineral flavor, pairs well with roasted crispy pork belly

First bottle was off and had secondary fermentation. Second was lovely Scheurebe fruit and Austrian terroir
