(2021) Mild flavor, slightly tart on the palate with smooth quaffable finish. Went well with grilled Salmon.

Strong flavor, and a bit acidic. Pairs well with seafood.

Nice and light but something going on too, went great with shrimp and pasta

Hella easy drinking (first in Sicilian flight)

The red is fantastic, the white is a bit light, makes sense as its a catarratto gerganico
