Experimentje: Givry 2001. Over de top maar nog wel drinkbaar. Lichte roestkleur met een gouden gloed. In de neus veel tertiaire aroma’s met rum, krenten en kruidigheid (laurier). Qua smaak nog verrassend wat fruit met milde tannines.
