Cat piss, citrus and a bit of chalk too. Interesting. The palate is well balanced with a strong acid frame but a bright citrusy fruit too. Some chalky texture in the sides make for an easy going wine! The finish is all chalk and citrus for a long ride. Cool stuff!

Very aromatic nose, very varietal. Catpiss (in a good way), white flowers, lemon, chalk. The palate is very balanced with a strong acid backbone and a nice lemon fruit all along. A strong grip gives it some depth and layers before a finish with lemon. Some white flowers in retro. A really nice and simple sauvignon yet not complex at all. Paired with chicken legs and rice slow cooked in chicken juice (risotto style) it was a blast!
