Mosse goes wild by releasing a Carignan wine in the Loire! Carbonic maceration notwithstanding, this wine is still on the heavier side. Aroma darker than your darkest fruits with liquorice, olives, and spice dominating. Good acids and pleasant for pairing with strong foods. I prefer their lighter wines though.

This spooned in a dead sexy way w our grass-fed ribeyes and never made a point to show off its 14.5 girth. Very respectful.
