Vintage 2023 | A weird wine. Tasted blind at Brabantse Wijnsociëteit. Nobody liked it. A natural wine that drinks like lemonade, never seen such a colour. Cloudy rosé. Probably meant for young people in trendy winebars.

Septime cave. Blouge. Low alcohol. Close to rose.

Light, approachable, quiet raspberries, quiet peppercorn, quiet saltiness. In all seriousness, a nice opening wine.

Flavor is outmatched by the color unfortch

2022: Grolleau and Gamay.
For tynd til selv min smag. Umoden vandmelon med lakridspulver. Også noget karamelliseret. Skuffende.
