Super low acidity, no tannins at all, lightest wine I've ever tried. Interesting color, ripe apples with high mineral aftertaste. Earthy. I didn't find that it went well it seafood though, sort of just better on its own.

Dionysian wine. Salinity like whoa, refreshing zest, hints of funk that keep it interesting.
