Not bad at all! A little too sweet for my tastes. I really enjoyed the simplicity and acidity.

Really great DOCG prosecco superiore. Drank from a flute, which channels the inviting nose of honey, fruit cup/pineapple, and a little bit of flowers. Decent body in the mouth, with a little bit of yellow apple, and a refreshing but not over the to acidity. Very drinkable, well balanced, and a lengthy finish. 2015. 11% ABV.

Dry, light and elegant. Certainly a nice change from the standard (sweeter, cheaper) fare.
