Floral nose. Quite simple. The palate is a bit wide and has a bit of residual but a strong acid backbone and a good grip. Short floral fruity finish. I kind of like this polish white

Sep 20th, 2018The nose is rather discreet with floral notes (white flowers, elderflower). The palate is well balanced with a sweetness / fruitiness that is opposed to a sheer acid backbone. The finish is quite quick but a flower note lingers for a while in there. Who said polish winemakers could not do the trick ?
