The perfect summer wine. A tad sweet. Smooth finish. Good aroma.

A discreet nose between mineral notes (crushed oyster shell, rocks that are crushed against one another) and fruits (mainly lemon). The palate is more sugar/fruits driven with low acidity which is a bit odd when compared with wines from burgundy, especially the northern part. The finish is quick with a slight note of butter that lingers in the end. Not a bad wine at all! Very thirst quenching and for casual summer drinking.

Polish chard. Pretty similar to what they make in Finger Lakes. Low acidity, a little sweet. Curious how s Riesling from that area of Poland would taste like.
