Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

Needed a bit more time than I expected to open up. More tart than I prefer but still relatively smooth

Absolutely fabulous Pinot noir from a fantastic wine maker in Sonoma county. Highly recommended!

Need to open. A reasonable wine. Full for a Pinot. I thought it was a harsh Cabernet until it opened up.

First draw was a bit rough. After letting it open up for about 20 minutes was very pleasant. Would try again.
