Maré Viva Vinho Regional Alentejano Branco Rabo de Ovelho Blend

Not alot of body

Very dry and acidic but with a lot of fruity mess.

Dry very light flavor

A little bit citric in the end, lightly fruity

Too dry for my liking

Veeeerrrry tannic, but still makes your mouth water.

Bold and spicy wine. Great with most foods.

Great with food. It worked well with an Asian dish heavy with soy sauce and sesame oil.

This wine tastes great with chicken and lemon. It's not my favorite without pairing with something. Also doesn't pair great with port wine cheese but who cares it's wine and I'll drink it.
