Tocco Magliocco

海抜600m、樹齢60年のマリオッコ。
アルベレッロ仕立て。
柔らかで上品な甘さ。そして、綺麗な酸もあって飲み疲れない感じ。
ちょっとスパイシーでシナモン、発酵食品感。ビンテージなりに熟成しているが、ネガティヴな熟成ではない。
リンゴのコンポートちっくな風味もある。
なかなか面白いワイン。

Another cool L'Acino wine. Alive in the glass. More depth than the Chora. Awesome.

With my amateur nose, I would have blinded this as Pinot Noir. So pretty for an all stainless, mostly Magliocco. This is a fun wine for a great price.

A great full bodied wine, a little fruity and a little dry. Absolutely wonderful.
