A little sweeter and lingering than many other Cote du Rhones I've tried. Black cherry and seems like a little bit of dried figs on the palate, with just a wee bit of tannin on the tip of the tongue to finish. A touch of spice but nothing to call the fire department over. Decent but not a favourite.
