This Affinity is a bit on the other sode of the hill...and has become different and outstanding wine. Tobacco is now present though not overpowering, fruit only shows on the finish, and tannins are totally tamed. Continuing my effort to stop drinking young wine...this needed three hours to open. It’s worth it. This has moved from a big style, Cabernet dominated to having finesse. Almost all fruit is gone, hints of earth and patience. #stopdrinkingyourwinesodamnyoung — 6 years ago
