@Bill Bender juse a good ol' T-bone. 1.5inch thick, reverse seared. If I may say so myself, it was better than the bottle in question.

Kicked off with some green-ish notes but the fruit takes over after a 1.5hr decant. Red fruit floating on your palate, lighter than you would think for a Napa cab..#meatsweatmondays — 7 years ago
