Spearheaded by minerals with plenty of acid on the core backed up by apricot and lemon with a whisper of basil and black pepper on the finish. This French Sauv is both full bodied and lively.
Cannabis pairing: This wine loves the greenery that cannabis brings. I licked my finger after breaking up a fresh Lemon Haze flower and during the subsequent sip of wine it took off on my pallet. Contrary to what I'd anticipated this wines robust acidity and full body did not pair well with a water extraction. It loves all the Limonene but did not benefit from the extra funkiness that the heavier smoke brings. Perfect for a lighter extraction which highlights all this nice sweet herbasciousness. The vaporizer brings out notes of lemon balm, lemon verbena and bubblegum.
