Isolation wine 2: So... Two words. One dimensional. Paired it with salami, aged cows milk cheese, mushrooms and even crab rangoon because I thought this would blossom but that never happened. Gave it some space too like I give my husband.. it did not change one bit. Drinking a 2016 but may be just wrong timing.
