I know this seams out of order, but this Shiraz from SA is the mega juice for the night. Big bouquet and dark earthiness that is just powering. 2+ hour decant. Roasted plums, dark chocolate and herbal spice are the major notes here. Even after two hours, still has great acidity and structure is bold and complex. This is not for the faint of heart.
