At the end of each episode, host Ellen Clifford wants to know the basics of her guests’ final thoughts on wine, drink and food. This month, Ellen talks with Kristin Olszewski of Nomadica wines! For the full episode click here This was edited for length! QUESTION ONE Ellen: Question number one: whatcha drinking? What are you into these days? Kristin: I’m drinking a lot of my own Proxies. I’m not gonna lie; I’m so into them. And Champagne . Andre Clouet . That’s our house Champagne. It’s rich, it’s textured. QUESTION TWO Ellen: Question number two is: do you have a favorite or unusual pairing? Kristin: Orange wine and sushi is my favorite thing. QUESTION THREE Ellen: Favorite snack? Kristin: Salt and Vinegar chips. Cape Cod. Or Utz. QUESTION FOUR Ellen: What do you drink when not drinking wine? You can give me one non-alcoholic, one alcoholic. Kristin: I love big, punch-you-in-the-face IPAs. Which is not how I like wine. For non-alcoholic—I’m such a big tea drinker, the gnarlier the better like burdock root with mushrooms. QUESTION FIVE Ellen: Question number five: what’s bringing you joy these days? Kristin: Surfing, definitely. I saw some dolphins yesterday.
