Infatata Malvasia Secca di Tricoli

Dry malvasia secca from the Aeolian Island of Salina. Slightly floral aromatics, bone intensely crisp sale and mineral on the palate. An unimpeachable pairing with all the frutti di mare! Caravaglio was a new producer to me, seemingly pretty bio and naturale… we tried the basic bianco bottling off a somewhat impoverished wine list in Taormina and it saved us! Infantata was a bit more complex, slightly richer body.
