The 2019 Schioppettino is remarkably pretty and floral, with violets and roses complementing its wild red berries and hints of smoke. This is soft-textured and lifted in feel, yet also packed full of fleshy raspberry fruit, as exotic spices build within. It leaves a tinge of sour citrus while finishing lightly structured and with a staining like liquid lavender. Lovers of Schioppettino will fall head over heels for the 2019. Wonderful brunch wine! Paired well with all of our brunch items. Wonderful bouquet, rich with ripe fruit. Smooth from start to finish with very low tannins. Loved it!!
