Lovely blend from forgeron cellars. Picked it up at their tasting room in Leavenworth wa. Had it with mac nut crusted halibut, truffle mash, and seared lemon kale. The wine had enough acidity to hang with the buttery halibut and potatoes and just a touch of sweetness to cut the bitter of the lemon kale.
