A fascinating wine. Very dry, slightly fizzy, and with relentless acid. Sleek and thin, but not watery. The palate is a completely balanced combination of tart limes, lemons, and a lot of salinity. Perfect for seafood and warm weather.

Love it like I love the Making Oprah podcast (too much, TBH). Tight acid, a little fizzy - like a Sauvignon Blanc without being so Sauvignon Blanc-y. I’ll give a car to whomever shows up to my house first with a case of this and a blow up pool 🏊🏻🏖🦄
