Saint Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Tasting group last night. My 1st, Group 1st. Smoky wood, beautifully integrated. Red hot candy aromas. Cherries. So aromatic. Bright, tart cherry fruit. Very lively. Assertive tannins. Full feel in tension with the bright acidity. Lovely

A highly aromatic mix of plum and cherry. Slightly firm texture. Lots of power and a very long finish.

St Emilion where they make more than macaroons -- magic from 7 hectares

Hands down the best wine I have ever tasted so far. You taste the age, the ripeness of the fruits, then rounded flavors in the mouth. Balanced, elegant, perfection

Thia is where it should be. Rich and a licorice edge to the mellow merlot.
