Continuing with the theme of the night, this Txakolina is fueled by striking salinity, tart white cherry, and ever so slightly green watermelon. Zest, effervescence, acidity, and wet slate are present and complementary, but the sheer amount of tart fruit and salinity are the main distinctions.

A little more bell pepper than ivr tasted in Txakoli rose before. Haven't seen that in the Amextoi, which I like better.
