This bottle showed really well, stewed/dried darker berry intensity, the cork was in great condition, it all seems to come down to storage/bottle condition with this one.

Very fresh and youthful even after 37 years. Muted in the beginning but opened up beautifully after 30 minutes. Delicious wine.

I was shocked by the youthful power of this wine. We fought to finish it. Did not need decanting but explored the menu for duck once found this wine was a perfect compliment. Nice rip fruit with only a touch of bell pepper cigar and cedar. A pleasure to drink.

Drinking great. Enjoyed it over a few hours. Brickish color , leather , tobacco and fading red fruit.
