Such an enthusiastic Pinot Noir! Bright cherry and yes, minerality on the nose. The acidity felt pleasantly off my chart. This wine moves! Short, contained, stylish, but what it lacked in weight it made up for in vivacity; i.e. it worked playfully with a light, fresh tarragon-flecked rabbit stew.
