Pale Gold and an expression of pure elegance. Pierre Fusil, Meyer lemon, kumquats, ripping acidity, and mineral finish. It's resolves itself beautifully on the palette.

Very crisp and acidic at the front. Flavored of green apple, pear, a little melon? Choyote? Light minerality makes me want another sip!
