2007 Chateau des Tours Vacqueyras - red cherry, strawberries and peppercorns with gorgeous acidity and medium pronounced, silky textured tannins. Earthy mushroom and spontaneous yeast flavors lend to the backbone while you feel the crunch of fresh wild strawberries and oolong tea on the palate. Paired perfectly with a wide selection of amazing sausages @DBGB especially the mergeuz and chorizo. Yum yum.
