Mooie Daueneau, maar te oud. Te veel oxidatie, maar desondanks nog goed drinkbaar, zeker in de afdronk. De Solex 2008 die ik onlangs dronk had was wel prima. Ben benieuwd naar een jongere versie van de Renard.

This, too gained weight and complexity with time. It started off fairly austere and direct, and a fine pairing with chicories, peas and buratta salad, but upon revisiting it, it was showing lots of tropical complexity. Mango, pineapple juice and a lush textural experience by the end.
