Palate has dried apricot, green apple flesh, grapefruit pith, dried lemon peel, over-ripe apricot with a faint green herbal note.
What a fantastic bottle, years to go, and this is still fresh under Stelvin closure. We have lots of Riesling, yet we drink it sparingly, bottles like this make my night, any night! 👍
48 Hour Update: Here's the thing with quality Riesling, more air is never a bad thing. Today all the traits are amplified, and a very fun pineapple-like acid/sweet note on the palate, amazing! Prior score of 9.2, goes to 9.3 today!
