I never repost the same wine from the same vintage; but, almost a year later, this is a markedly different wine (and not doing so would have left my last sub-par review just floating out there with no correction). It is open and graceful where it was once forced and too rough. This was dormant then and is now much alive.

Wet tree bark, cherry, tobacco, birch. I would love to know when the grapes were picked because they seem overripe, and there is a lack of balance.
