Dry and somewhat tart on the palate, with cherries, strawberries, red currants, vanilla and black pepper.
Medium bodied.
Long finish with round, big tannins and black pepper.
This is not a typical Pinot Noir, Great one though.
This 100% Pinot Noir was aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
14% alcohol by volume.

Brownish pale red color, aromas of wet leather and smoked meat, after a couple of minutes the fruit aromas are being noticed.
Very balanced on the palate, long after finish. A great experience compared to my latest Bourgogne tasting.
