👃On the nose: elegant beginning with red and black fruits going up to a great wild fruits and soft floral notes.
👄 On the mouth: we can easily feel some wild fruits, has a middle body, with a soft tannins, and a vibrant acidity. The taste stay in the mouth for some time. And then elegantly disappear.
🍽️ Harmonization: semi hard cheese, rosted pork ribeye, mutton, buffalo meat and bean risotto with rib.
