Cà de’ Rocchi (Tinazzi)
Cà dè Rocchi Monterè Corvina
Roasted almonds, red currant, cherry liquor, nutmeg, clove, anise, and baked plums. Juicy on the palate with baked dark fruit - think brambleberry pie. Lively, well balanced and delicious. Best QPR wine I’ve ever had.

This is the one of the most popular wines from Veneto IGT, and fifth highest priced wine produced from Corvina in the region.
Lovely heavy bottle with deep dark cherry red colour. Wonderful bouquet of ripe dark berries and spicy prunes, vanilla and cardamom. Palate adds some oak, leather and chocolate hints to mentioned above complexity and richness of Montere Corvina. Feel of harmony and charming balance at finish. Label is correct - this wine is really smooth, as well as silky and round. Company of skewers / shashlik is recommended.
