Native fermentation, no fining, exotic fruit flavors, stony limestone hints and a kiss of tannin. Tremendous acidity, languishing finish. Would love to revisit in 10 years. Hard to go wrong with a pink Sancerre, even if it is stripped down to stainless steel and mechanization. It's still delicious. Not likely a blend as the data base lists but 100% pinot noir. Had at my new love, Fisher's in Orange Beach, AL with Murder Point oysters. — 9 years ago
