More balance brought back to this wine than we can recall in previous vintages. Smooth and fruit forward without being a fruit bomb. — 10 years ago
Delicious. Little bit of voile, little bit of oxidation. Yum. — 10 years ago
Distinctly wine-y. Sour made with Barbera grapes. Damn tasty. — 10 years ago
Quite a beautiful Loiregon wine- herbal, raspberry, strawberry, and a nice finish. Definitely great with a slight chill and perfect light red for summertime. — 10 years ago
We like in office tastings because gems like this pop up. Class and balanced, polished fruit, with hints of feral and wildness. Thanks Australia for this eye-opener! — 10 years ago
We agree, bowl of almonds and apricots...this wine is tasty! Less lychee and rose petals- more savory and funky. — 10 years ago
Like an IHOP crepe with syrup dumped into your coffee. In short, delicious. — 10 years ago
Gimmie shelter! Delicious sparkler from the Baden region of Germany. 100% Pinot Noir from a husband and wife team. Their care for the vineyards is so apparent when tasting this. It's elegant and refined, yet bodacious. Don't get it too cold- it opens up beautifully with a little warmth. — 10 years ago
"New" California. Needs the time to open up as @Patrick Cappiello suggests. Damn fine tapenape and meaty Syrah flavors. — 10 years ago
Seven Fifty
2005. Wow. The fruit is still there (peaches, lemon), but the savory is kicking in (petrol, herbs, saline). Damn fine bottle! — 10 years ago
