Highly fragrant with lime, lime blossom, custard malolactic goodness. Maybe some pine and woody secondary notes.
Drinks perfectly with a mature rounded mouth feel balanced by strong but not edgy acids.
Both easily quaffable but also demanding enough respect to take the time to taste it.

Soft and velvety, with fruit notes. Berries, jam, and a touch of cassis. Nice nose, wonderful finish. A steal for 19€ (restaurant prices) — 10 years ago
