Highly fragrant with lime, lime blossom, custard malolactic goodness. Maybe some pine and woody secondary notes. Drinks perfectly with a mature rounded mouth feel balanced by strong but not edgy acids. Both easily quaffable but also demanding enough respect to take the time to taste it.
