Sinodrea is a flagship wine of Vinaria Nobila, a blend of Cab Franc, Merlot, Cab Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. It spent 24 months in french barrique. Only 2800 bottles produced.

Powerful bouquet full of vanilla, cloves, anise, oak, black currant jam, raspberry bubblegum, plum pie with some earthy notes. Medium+ acidity and tannins, oak is well integrated. Long and deep aftertaste with flavours of prune, oak and dust. Still young, profile is mostly primary with huge secondary influence. Typical Olanești style. — 3 years ago
